What exactly is a pre-workout drink?
It’s difficult to always turn up to the gym feeling ready to give 100%. Hitting the gym after a long day at work or squeezing a workout into a busy schedule can leave you feeling tired, unmotivated, and sometimes even counting down the clock until you can go home. Move Pre-Workout is a scientifically-backed formula that’s packed with active ingredients to give you the boost you need to fuel every workout.

Are pre-workout supplements essential?
We’ll be the first to hold our hands up and say that pre-workout supplements, or any supplements for that matter, are not essential. However, we know that pre-workout can be an incredible tool to help you reach your training goals.
How is Move Pre-Workout better than a cup of coffee?
Unlike a cup of coffee, Move Pre-Workout has been carefully formulated to boost your energy, increase your focus, and enhance your performance in order to help you to take your training to the next level.
TL;DR: it’s way better than a shot of espresso.
When should I take Move Pre-Workout?
We recommend taking a scoop of Move Pre-Workout no later than 20-30 minutes before hitting the gym.
How are your products made?
Move Pre-Workout is carefully formulated and made in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the United Kingdom. We base everything we create on scientific research, so every gain you make is backed by evidence (and all your hard work).
Which sweeteners do you use?
Move Pre-Workout is naturally sweetened with stevia, so there are no artificial sweeteners or flavours in our formula.
Is Move Pre-Workout safe to take during pregnancy or when breastfeeding?
Move Pre-Workout is not recommended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Are there any age restrictions when taking Move Pre-Workout supplements?
Move Pre-Workout is not recommended for use by children under the age of 18.
Is Move Pre-Workout vegetarian and vegan-friendly?
Yes, we’re delighted to say that Move Pre-Workout is both vegetarian and vegan-friendly.
Are you Informed Sport approved?
Not at the moment, but we’re working on it. However, we don’t use any ingredients that are listed on the WADA or any other list of banned substances.
How often should I take Move Pre-Workout?
We recommend taking 1 serving per day. That’s all you need to move through your workout.
How should I store my pre-workout?
Store your pre-workout in a cool, dark place away from sunlight. Do not store above 25°C and keep out of reach from children.
What is the shelf life of your Original Formula?
The Original Formula has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Can I recycle your packaging?
Yes! Both our tubs and postal packaging can be recycled.
Where is Move Pre-Workout stocked?
Move Pre-Workout can currently be purchased through our website (you’re on it!) and on Amazon UK.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been received we are unable to change or cancel it. Please see our returns policy above if you wish to send your items back.
Do you offer any discount codes?
We love to surprise our social media followers and e-newsletter subscribers with discount codes throughout the year to show our appreciation. Make sure you’re following us across all of our channels and subscribe to our e-newsletter, then keep your eyes peeled!
What countries do you ship to?
We only ship within the United Kingdom and Ireland right now. If you live somewhere else, email us and tell us where we should ship to next.
How long will it take to get my order?
You can choose Standard (2-3 day) delivery or Next Day (24 hour) delivery, depending on how quickly you need your pre-workout.
What courier or parcel delivery firm do you use?
We use Royal Mail to deliver your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We’ll send you an email when your order is shipped with a link to track your delivery. When you decide to wait by the mailbox is up to you.
Where do you ship from?
We ship every order from the United Kingdom.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your pre-workout. If you don’t, send us an email at hello@movepreworkout.com.
If your products have been dispatched before you cancelled your order, you must send the goods back to our specified address, at your own cost. These items must be in a re-saleable condition with all products unopened and the seals intact, within 30 days from the date of delivery to you.
Once your returned item(s) have been received and examined in our warehouse, we’ll process the refund back to the original account. Please allow up to 10 working days for this payment to show in your account. We are not able to process any refund until the goods have been received and we are unable to refund the cost of your postage.
When sending your items back, please include a covering note with your order number, name, and reason for return. We won’t be unable to refund you without your order number, so make sure it’s included!
