How to use
Mix 1 scoop or sachet of Creatine in 200-500ml water and shake. Combine with one scoop or sachet of MOVE Pre-Workout. Sip, drink, or gulp 20-30 minutes before training.
Choosing your creatine dose
Take 1/2 scoop or 1 sachet (5g) if you’re looking for strength and power benefits. Take 1 scoop or 2 sachets (10g) if you want to maximise both physical performance and cognitive benefits.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Do not store above 25C. Store out of reach of children.
