Founder STORY.

i couldn't find a pre-workout that worked for me anymore, so i made one. 

I’ve always been serious about my performance in the gym. As I’ve gotten older and life outside the gym inevitably got busier, I noticed my energy and focus became more of a challenge. The pre-workout options available in the market just didn’t tick all the boxes. Often the negative side effects of 20+ ingredient blends resulted in overstimulation, bloating and jitters. Usually the taste and mix-ability was poor. The energy boost wasn’t worth the downsides.

I also started caring much more about what I was putting in my body. And I knew I wasn’t alone. With the help of our leading performance nutritionist Tom Coughlin we have created something different: a stripped-back, cleaner, science-fuelled pre-workout that performs.
