You can choose Standard (2-3 day) delivery or Next Day (24 hour) delivery, depending on how quickly you need your pre-workout.

We use Royal Mail to deliver your order.

Yes! We’ll send you an email when your order is shipped with a link to track your delivery. When you decide to wait by the mailbox is up to you.

We ship every order from the United Kingdom.

We want you to love your pre-workout. If you don’t, send us an email at hello@movepreworkout.com. 

If your products have been dispatched before you cancelled your order, you must send the goods back to our specified address, at your own cost. These items must be in a re-saleable condition with all products unopened and the seals intact, within 30 days from the date of delivery to you.

Once your returned item(s) have been received and examined in our warehouse, we’ll process the refund back to the original account. Please allow up to 10 working days for this payment to show in your account. We are not able to process any refund until the goods have been received and we are unable to refund the cost of your postage. 

When sending your items back, please include a covering note with your order number, name, and reason for return. We won’t be unable to refund you without your order number, so make sure it’s included!
